How to drink water correctly | Health benefits of water - Ms. Ranjani Raman

It is very important to drink water. A lot of people think that drinking more water is very healthy and some people drink excess of water with no time gap. Drinking excess water is not a good thing for kidney for its operation. The amount of water that you are taking will depends on exercise levels, physical activity, age group and it also depends on what kind of work you do.
Ideally you take 2-3 liters of water. If you are active and running around probably you may increase up to one liter and also do not hike water intake at once. Slowly increase water intake that is 1/2liter a week. If you are not hike water intake at once. Slowly increase water intake i.e, 1/2liter a week. If you are a moderately active person 3.5-4 liters of water is sufficient to body.
