How to Easily Service Floor Jacks (Can Fix jacks that do not lift anymore)

How to easily service and maintain your car (automotive) floor trolley jack. Most of the time this will fix faulty jacks that do not lift or go up anymore, air has to be bleed with new Hydraulic fluid added so your Jack that won't jack up anymore can easily be repaired.
