Project Big Picture was thankfully rejected by Premier League clubs, but it could definitely provide a framework for the future reform of the EFL, English football at large, and the financial structure of the Premier League. Some worrying aspects included the voting rights of the big teams, the change of the premier league to 18 teams, etc. But some good came from Project Big Picture as well.
