A document has been revealed this week that lays out some of the biggest proposed changes in English football history. Project Big Picture was put forward by Manchester United and Liverpool's owners and details mass funding for the EFL in return for huge power over the Premier League. With changes including an 18 team league, an increased Champions League and the abolition of the League Cup opposition to it has been huge.
