Last year my sister and I took a trip to San Diego for a foodie adventure through America's Finest City. Both of us are massive fans of the restaurateur scene, and so many people within the culture heavily inspire us. We sit down to talk to Geraldine Ridaura who opened Holy Matcha: San Diego's first matcha cafe that turned into its own subculture in the city. We also get the chance to meet Mr. Endo, who opened the legendary Menya Ultra Ramen to talk about the unbelievable quality of his made from scratch food.
We tour the city, from Sunset Cliffs, to North Park and beyond eating and sampling a variety of absolutely delicious food joints. Now, during these times especially, I find myself sorely missing going out for a bite to eat with friends and family. This is something I will never take for granted, ever again.
