In this week's episode of Earthlings, I sit down with Reverend Matthew. He is a Buddhist priest who runs the Reno Buddhist Center. One of their main outreaches is a "pay what you can" model restaurant that features a different prominent guest chef from the Reno area every time the cafe opens. The goal of this cafe is to facilitate community and prosperity for all, even those who may not be able to afford going out to a restaurant under normal conditions. After all is said and done, Moon Rabbit breaks even on money but comes out absolutely abundant with community and love. Enjoy!
