My very first night, my "shakedown" of our new (to us) travel trailer, and what I learned!

GOULASH SOUP (Serving for One)
You can mix these ingredients in advance, then put them in a jar for storage, or in a ziplock baggie for easy transport.

4 TBL Sausage Crumbles
4 TBL Mushrooms
2 TBL Onions
1 TBL Mixed Bell Peppers
2 TBL of each: Red Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Peas, Asparagus
1 TBL Tomato Powder
4 TBL Classic Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Espagnole Sauce (Beef Gravy)
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 cup boiling water

Bring water to boil, add all ingredients and let sit 10 minutes
