How I Handle Access Issues

In today's video I talk about how I deal with access issues. I run through the dialogue of a typical access issue to help you know what to expect and what to say. Access issues are scary and daunting, so hopefully this video can help you be prepared to make them a little less terrible. Let me know in comments if you have any questions!

An access issue is when a person with a disability who needs a service dog is illegally denied access to a public place because of their dog. Sadly, a lot of people and businesses don't know the laws or don't care to follow them. As a service dog handler, this is just one more challenge you will have to face.
