My collet phobia and a Cheap ER32 collet chuck review

Back at the beginning of the year I ran into some quality problems when reviewing some Banggood collets and collet chucks.
Frustrations quickly turned into outright collet phobia, so I never reviewed the er32 collet chuck shown above.
Now I'm slowly getting a handle on my collet phobia so now I finally can have a look at this Banggood product.
