Why Pelvic Floor Release Won’t Fix Tightness Long Term

If pelvic floor release was the full answer, pelvic floor symptoms wouldn’t keep coming back.

And yet, for many people, they do.
In this episode, I explain why manual pelvic floor release can be a helpful tool, but why it’s rarely enough on its own to create lasting change, especially for people with endometriosis or persistent pelvic pain.
