Rio Ottolino's Own Christmas Solo - 2013

Here is Rio dancing to Trans-Siberian Orchestra's "Christmas Canon Rock" with all forces working against her: The music skips multiple times, her hair falls down out of her bun, and to top it off, the camera runs out of battery just before the end of the song. Rio dances through it all like a champ while truly feeling the music. Keep in mind that this is Rio's own choreography and she is only 12 years old. This is not a rehearsed dance. Rio is making this up as she goes along. That's just how she rolls. Rio would like to thank the Marengo Middle School for allowing her stage time to practice an upcoming competition solo (which is not this dance). Rio would also like to thank Tammy Herring for gifting her the love of dance, and would especially like to thank Kelli Myhre Bahwell for helping her to perfect this lyrical style of dance that she has developed such a passion for.
