CHICKEN MALAI TIKKA KABAB | CHICKEN RESHMI KEBAB | HOMEMADE SKEWERS | RESTAURANT STYLE | 6 MINUTE

Preparation :

Ingredients:

Plain Yogurt: 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli: 2-3 Tbsp
Lemon Juice : 2Tbsp
Fresh Cream : 1/4 Cup
Butter: 4Tbsp
Malai Tikka Spice: 50gms ( Any standard masala available in the market is fine)
Chicken (breast pieces) : 500gms
Onion and Bell pepper (cut into square pieces): as required

Detailed Preparation: Please watch the video!!

1. Mix well the yogurt. green chilli, lemon juice and fresh cream
2. To this add the malai tikka spices and mix
3. Marinate the chicken pieces with the mix.
3. Keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for 30mins to 2 hrs.
4. Cut the onion and bell peppers into square shapes.
5. Place the chicken and the vegetables on the skewers and get them ready
6. Place the skewers on the grill on medium flame
7. Butter the chicken pieces as you turn the skewers around to cook it evenly on all sides .
8. Grill for about 10 mins and we get some spicy and juicy tandoori chicken Kebabs!
