Could Donald Trump Lose Control of His Real Estate Empire?
A New York judge ruled that Donald Trump has committed fraud. In a civil case, the judge found that Trump had fraudulently inflated the value of his assets to secure more favorable loans and lines of credit. The former president was stripped of his ability to do business in New York. Now, he may end up losing many of the properties that bear his name and pay a fine that could go as high as $250 million. An attorney for Trump said the judge’s decision is “outrageous” and that Trump would likely appeal. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian has more.
