Kanye West may have lost a BOAT LOAD of money on his Malibu Beach House, but everyone else seems to be making MILLIONS on it.

You may recall that the, oh, let's call him "notorious" rapper bought the beachfront mansion in 2021, paying a bit over fifty-seven MILLION dollars for it.

He then famously gutted it to the concrete frame and then just... left it that way! He apparently had PLANS to make it into his "Batcave", reportedly wanting to replace the stairs with SLIDES and have trampoline floors! But he ended up abandoning it in 2023, and put it up for sale.

Last September, an investment firm bought it for twenty-one million dollars. To be clear, that's about thirty-six million LESS than what Kanye paid!

That's got to be galling, but what's REALLY going to rub salt in his wound is that just over six months later, the firm sold the house for nearly thirty-four million - a roughly thirteen million dollar increase in barely six months!

On top of that, the new buyer plans to spend a few mil to return it to its original architectural splendor, and expects to relist it for as much as SIXTY-FIVE MILLION when it's complete.

Long story short: Kanye managed to lose millions on ultra-prime real estate. But hey, to err is human, so let's hear about the worst investments YOU've ever made!
