Kentucky has been pounded with rain this week. Round Three started early this morning with a lot of water and lighting. It was enough to fill parking lots and roadways. It is these type of storms that have caused flash flooding issues. This one ended pretty quick but it is an example of what Central Kentucky can expect through the weekend.
