Each child with cerebral palsy has a different problem so they need a different plan of therapy. Single-mode of therapy is not going to give good outcomes in these children but they need multimodality of therapy based on their requirements.

Parent’s involvement in every stage of planning and treatment is required to get a good outcome. These cp children should also not be forced to exercise but the pleasant atmosphere should be created for the same.

Once the child knows that they are not being forced, therapy is a part of the play and started activities like other siblings then they will himself participated with full interest.
