In this video I tackle the famous FAN DANCE.
The Fan Dance is a 15 mile endurance event and part of the SAS and special forces selection (hill phase).

Soldiers must carry a weighted bergen of 20kg and their individual weapon system also weighing 5kg, giving a total weight of 25kg.

The individuals must then carry the kit 15miles over the Brecon Beacons, which are a series of mountains situated in the heart of South Wales.

For those that are lucky enough to pass and come in on, or before, the cut-off time of 4hrs and 10mins will continue on with the rest of the selection process.
For those who don't;
Will simply be sent home packing.
