That's exactly why I hate this crossroad (Gdansk - Rzeczypospolitey vs Al.Jana Pawla). It's basically doesn't matter from which side you're approaching it - it's always dangerous and you have to be extra careful. Probably the worst 2-level intersection I've ever seen.
And it wouldn't be hard to make it safe - just make the exits after the intersection not before - done deal!! But it is what it is. There are so many accidents like this that I've seen here.
