Walk-Run to 5K Series | Episode 1

Let’s go on a walk-run together in beautiful Griffith Park.

This series is designed to help you go from walk-running to running your first mile—and eventually a 5K. Whether you’re brand new to running, coming back from injury, or just want a feel-good way to move your body, you’re in the right place.

You can take me outside with you or hop on the treadmill—just press play and follow along.

Today’s plan:
• 5-minute warm-up walk
• 10 x 1-minute easy run / 1-minute walk

Keep it easy, keep it relaxed, and focus on building consistency over intensity.
