Fixing a weak sky with Lightroom: Dehaze Tool

Ever have a photo where the sky is just kind of weak? This month, I present "The sky that almost wasn't." For this image, I first made global adjustments in the Basic panel in Lightroom classic, then I'll use the Dehaze (and other) sliders locally using selection masks.
