Eric Schmidt and Jonathan Rosenberg - How Google Works

Eric Schmidt is an American software engineer, businessman, and the executive chairman of Google. In 2013, Forbes ranked Schmidt as the 138th-richest person in the world.

Jonathan Rosenberg is the former Senior Vice President of Products at Google and current advisor to Google CEO Larry Page.

In this talk at the Oxford Union, Schmidt and Rosenberg discuss the inner workings of Google, touching on subjects such as company culture, innovation, and management techniques. The talk is focussed around the new book co-written by the pair, entitled "How Google Works". Includes questions from the audience.
