Active Mobility Hips, Knees Ankles

One of my Mobility routines for the Knees, Hips and ankles.
This will not only create a better range of motion, but will also build strength and health in the joints, strengthen those areas and have less chance for being injured and a better range of motion means you can perform better and can move-on to more complex movements.
