Frontlever Crank
Raise with relaxed shoulders to L-sit control the position and raise to frontlever by activating the scapula by depressing ( pushing away from the bar with straight arms) and retracting ( pulling to the bar with straight arms) Once you hit the frontlever posistion try to activate even harder and keep pushing away and pulling up - pretend you want to put your hands next to the hips. I grip the top bar so you can see how far i push away.
