Kia and Hyundai key fob uses a CR2032 or CR2025 battery. I have found I need to replace my kia key battery about once every six months. I noticed my car begins to not recognize the key inside the car when driving and gives me a warning. This is a good indication that you need to replace the kia key fob battery as soon as possible.
