Award winning composer, producer and singer Emma-Jean Thackray is the fourth and final guest on Producer Pioneers. Interviewed by Tina Edwards (Worldwide FM/BBC Four) she discusses how she found her way into producing, some of her best loved jazz influences and why she loves a short track

Despite steps taken across the industry in recent years, the percentage of producers today that identify as women stands at just six percent. Led by Colleen 'Cosmo' Murphy, Producer Pioneers shines a light on four brilliant women producers, giving them a platform to speak about their journey and creative process in a bid to inspire a new generation of non-male producers in electronic music.
