Massey Ferguson Advert for The Multiflow Combine Harvesters MF415 and MF515, 1965 #combineharvester

Here is an old Massey Ferguson advert from what is believed to be 1965, as the 100 series tractors were first made in 1964 and MF 415 / 515 combines were made from 1965 until 1971.

It features the new "multiflow" range of combine harvesters and has footage explaining how the system works, what its advantages are, and compares different models including the MF410, the MF415 Multiflow, the MF510, and the MF515 Multiflow.

There is also small features for various tractors and balers.

I'm not sure where the footage was shot - it seems definitely UK, and at one point you can see the sea in the background - Berwickshire or Northumberland maybe?

The original footage for this one was not too bad for its age, and being on the cine format.

The resolution was still only 720 x 576, however the colours were still quite vibrant, and there was only a little noise and distortion in the audio.

After getting the original footage digitized and onto the computer, I have edited and enhanced it using several pieces of modern software. It has been upscaled, denoised, sharpened, and the audio has been cleaned up.
