NEW Van Build | It's goodbye to Koti, and hello to Safari!

We begin self converting our new van, a Renault Master LWB 2018, ready for new van life adventures as soon as the lockdowns are over.

The van build starts with us heading over to John's dads house for a little help in fitting three new windows. We're putting two in the rear doors and one in the side of the van so that we can have a view from the kitchen. Crusoe is ever-present and with Tara as the foreman, the project goes really well. Oh, and thanks for the help dad!

Our new van is called Safari. Koti, our old, and very loved first self converted van, meant 'Home', and Safari means 'Journey', which feels very appropriate as we embark on this new chapter as a travelling family.

We will certainly miss Koti, but we know that the new owners have adventure in their veins and will love the van as much as we do.

So, let's let the Safari begin!
