Continuing with the work.
Tempo: Free
Condition: casual and eyes closed from the first throw.
Personal "Kodawari" is to get the bachi (stick) to spin 2 whole rounds.
'Training to have a Jedi level force.
This is where I am working on bachi (stick) throwing pattern.
I have a plan to reach a certain level with this. Stay tuned to follow the progress and to find out what plan I have up my sleeves. Or just join in with the challenge
