In this video, I walk through a real-world example of how I automated member reports, email notifications, and online payments for a trade association with over 1,000 members — all using Knack scheduled tasks.

I’ll explain how I structured the automation, why I ended up with 34 scheduled tasks, and the most important lesson I learned: don’t schedule all your tasks to run at the same time. I also share what Knack support told me about scheduled task limits and concurrent task processing.
