(Pt 1) Jaguar = Beached Whale? (Crank No-Start S-Type V6)

This 2005 Jaguar S-Type sat for 3 Years in Texas.
Now the owner had it shipped to PA and wants to get it back on the road.

It cranks fine with a fresh battery, but refuses to fire up.
Looks like a problem with Fuel Pressure...

Let's open up this can of worms and see what we find!
