'85 Oldsmobile "Time Machine" has NO POWER? (Part 1 - Memorial Day Special)

It's time to travel Back to the Future...1985!!
Forget the famous DeLorean...this 1985 Oldsmobile 98 V6 is THE most comfortable way to travel :)

But it's having a MAJOR problem achieving the 88MPH warp speed necessary for time travel.
In fact, if you depress the throttle more than half way, it FALLS ON ITS FACE and SLOWS DOWN!!
How weird is that?

The owner just bought this beast in Ohio, and is driving it back to New Hampshire through PA.
He contacted PHAD to have the LOW-POWER issue diagnosed.
I convince the owner to leave it at PHAD for a few days so we can make it road-worthy.

The '85 Olds only has 5,000 ORIGINAL Miles on the odometer!
But time takes its toll, and there is evidence of meddling under the hood.

Let's dust off the Snap-On Verus and use the live data that is available to troubleshoot this plush time machine. Can we get all the horses back so the owner could use it to travel back in time?
