🫓 Aloo Ka Naan Recipe

📝 Ingredients
For the Dough:

2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp baking soda (or 1 tsp baking powder)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil or ghee
Water (as needed to knead)
Optional: 2 tbsp milk (for softer naan)
For the Aloo Stuffing:

3 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)
1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder) or lemon juice
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Optional: grated ginger or onions for extra flavor 1 cup falsa berries (phalsa), washed
2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1 pinch black salt (optional, enhances flavor)
1–2 cups cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Soak the Berries:

Wash the falsa berries thoroughly.
Soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes (optional, helps soften them for juicing).
2. Blend:

Add the soaked berries to a blender.
Pour in 1 cup of cold water and add sugar and black salt.
Blend until the berries are crushed and juice is extracted.
3. Strain:

Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth.
Press with a spoon to extract all the juice, leaving behind seeds and skin.
4. Serve:

Pour the juice into glasses.
Add ice cubes if desired.
Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lemon for a refreshing touch # Sam By Kylie
