Chicken curry
1 kg chicken drumstick
1 tbsp meat curry powder

6 shallots
1 large onion
5 garlic
1 serai chopped (lemon grass)
1 thumb kunyit (tumeric)
1 thumb Ginger
5 buah keras (candlenut)
1/2 cup chili

1 serai(lemon grass)
1 kayu manis (cinnamon)
2 bunga lawang (star anise)
3 buah pelaga (Cardamon)

2 tbsp curry powder mix with water to form a paste
Cook till fragrant and dry
Add chicken and curry leaves

6 potatoes
Cook till potatoes are soft

3 tomatoes
250ml santan (coconut milk)
Salt to taste
