Tamiya Chevy S-10 First Run.

This is a fast run video of my Tamiya Chevy S-10 "clone". However, the only parts not Tamiya are the body and stickers, and of course the running gear. I went to a local park that had a volleyball court, I thought the sand would make for a good video, at @ 1:22 the truck started clicking and I ended the run shortly after. After I got home, I pulled the motor & Top rear gear cover, guess the sand wasn't a good idea, it was everywhere inside the gear case.
AS far as I know, I think I'm close to the stock gearing 18/74 for a ratio of 10.02:1, Sorry no speed test recorded but its about 21mph on a "flat surface". The chassis & upper deck was a gift from my friend Kevin, gear boxes & gears are new (well, before I started this video), Wheels & tires are off my XV-01T chassis. I need to give a big shout out to Pete Wylie (Pete Wylie RC Videos) for the video he did on the Gartpot Lipo batteries, Go check his page out!!!!
