5 full days of eating, I like to eat intuitively and dont restrict anything from my diet
i eat what makes me feel good but also eat to satisfy my cravings

I am not a nutritionist or dietitian
i believe its all about balance and no food is off limits
I like to eat plant based because it makes me feel good and think its essential to cut back on our consumption of animal products for the sake of our environment. I also believe its important to eat locally grown food where possible.
