Tamiya Super Clod Buster in a little snow.........

It's probably been 30 years since I ran an RC in the elements, no such thing as water proof electrics back then, we had to use balloons, plastic bags or whatever we could find, then there was me, it'll be fine, just run it, then watch in disbelief as your ride runs away at full clip. Well, that's how we learn....

So today, I took my stock Super Clod (has bearings, steel pinions & running a 2S lipo) out in a little snow, But I took the time to bag the Duratrax 8T with reverse esc & my old Futaba am RX for my Magnum Jr radio. I also sprayed the chassis & suspension with a light coat of WD40 (I also taped the vent holes in the wheels).

This could have been much more fun and interesting with an inch or 2 of snow (maybe even more) but we are lacking in the snow department. So, this is what I had to work with.

The Clod can dance.... LOL

This is be no means a basher kit, it wont keep up with Arrma, traxxas, or what have you, it's more of a rolling model, full of detail & ALLURE.. If skate park bashing, Fast Brushless Power or 3S or more speed runs is your thing, this IS NOT the truck you want, remember, this design came out in the mid 80's & it's still that same truck (with different colors) today.
