気仙沼港に津波が到達した時の様子を捉えた映像。

地震後、静まりかえる港内は、まだ波は穏やか。しかし警報のサイレンとアナウンスが港内に響き渡っている。
しばらくすると、カメラは港の沖に沸き立つ白波をキャッチ。クローズアップすると、激しい流れや浮遊物も確認できる。
カメラが再び港内に転じると、港湾内にも、いつのまにか激しい白波が...。時折の余震で揺れるカメラ映像。
やがて、1隻の船が、波で大きく傾いている様子を捉える。
次第に強さを増す潮流に、クレーン船まで流されだし、どんどん陸地に向かう。
さらに激しくなる波は、いつしか巨大な濁流と化し、大小の船を1隻、また1隻と流し出す。
大型船も含め、何隻もの船が、次から次へ、まるで木の葉のように波にさらわれていく。
大きな石油タンクのような物体も浮遊物と化し、いくつも海面を流れてくる。
陸へ向かった波は、再び沖へ向かい、新たに陸に向かう波と交錯し、湾内に大きな渦のような潮流を生じさせる。
そして、ついに大きな引き波が発生。おそらく陸地を襲った証拠であろう大量のがれきが、一斉に湾内に流出してきた。

The warning siren and announcement echoes throughout the harbor. After some time, the camera captures whitecaps forming offshore. Zooming in, one can confirm strong currents and floating objects. When the camera returns back to the inside the harbor, a fierce whitecap has formed within as well. Sporadic aftershocks shake the camera screen. Eventually, the camera captures a boat being tilted by the waves. The tide gradually gains strength and a floating crane begins to wash away, rapidly reaching closer to land. The waves are even stronger transforming itself into a giant muddy stream. Boats small and large are floating out one by one. Even the larger boats are being swept away by the wave, one after another, like floating leaves. A large oil tank-like object becomes another floating object, many of them floating on the surface of the sea. The waves that headed to land now return ashore, blending with waves that are newly headed to land, creating a whirlpool-like tide. Finally, a sizable backwash takes shape. A great volume of debris, proof of its invasion to land, begins to drain out into the harbor at once.
