‘What is the PM doing?’: Government’s silence on USYD ‘intifada’ acceptance blasted

Shadow Education Minister Sarah Henderson has called out the Albanese government’s lack of action on the University of Sydney’s claim ‘intifada’ chants are “perfectly acceptable.”

Explosive documents reveal the University of Sydney take no issue with the chants, and accept they are linked to violent and terrorist acts.

“What is the Vice Chancellor doing?” Ms Henderson told Sky News Australia host Sharri Markson.

“What is the Prime Minister doing?

“Frankly, the Minister for Education Jason Clare has taken no interest in taking the strong action and saying I’m sorry I’m not going to cop this on my watch.

“He has the highest number of Muslims in his electorate of any in the country, he is more concerned about protecting his own political survival than anything else.”
