What happens when an SI joint gets stuck? (Posterior rotation of the ilium).

In this video, I describe one way the SI joint can go out of alignment. When I'd get a posterior rotation, I'd feel like one of my SI joints was "stuck" and it would be hard to move the leg on that side.

I dealt with this issue for five years, before discovering a combination of strategies that allowed my SI joints to stabilize.
