Paradermamoeba sp.

Paradermamoeba is a genus of naked amoebae with a characteristic lancet-like shape and long hyaline lateral flatness while moving. It is especially well visible at the beginning of this video (e.g. 0.14 sec). It may be confused with amoebae of the related genus Dermamoeba which are more pronouncedly oval and do not conform that much in locomotion; they are never lancet-shaped.
