AI is not here to take your Job!

A senior VP once told me, “Ehi, I trust you. Things get done well when you’re on it.”
That stuck with me because AI or not, people still matter. Being able to collaborate, influence without authority, and follow through will always be valuable.
But I’ve also learned not to fear tech. I used to be intimidated by coding, math, and AI and I thought you had to be a computer science major to belong. I was wrong.
Now, I’ve built apps and tools, written technical reports that have helped clients raise hundreds of thousands in grant funding , and been told by a former software dev, “You think like a programmer.” Who would’ve thought. As a proud generalist, my curiosity used to seem like a weakness, too many interests, too many side projects. But it’s been my biggest strength. It’s opened doors I didn’t even know existed.AI isn’t the enemy. It’s an accelerator. Use it. Build with it. Learn constantly. Apply what you learn.
