hey so after a long, long delay, here's the next video in the Ringfit series - in this one I focus on continuing my muscle gain progress, and re-start story mode.

This video took a long time to put out because:
A) The external harddrive I had stored the footage on unfortunately died, and I had to jump through a ton of hoops to recover what was on there (some footage for this video was lost, but the majority was rescued)

B) I took a long break from YouTube, twitch, and being online in general for the sake of my mental health (stuff got really overwhelming, and co-incided with some health issues, and I needed to take a step back)
