Sunday Treat | Breakfast from our garden | White Chicken Curry for Dinner
Just like how Fridays use to be a treat day in Riyadh, here in India we have Sundays. Lockdown frustration continued when the news was announced of the extension of date. So why not a treat for my family to refresh their mind and soul. Prepared their favourites and had it from garden for a change. It was really a needed one for all of us.

Whole Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Dried oregano - a pinch
Dries parsley - 1/4 tsp
Dried basil - 1/2 tsp
Water
Paneer - 400gm
Coriander leaves - a bunch
Garlic - 1 whole bulb
Green chillies - 4-5 ( more or less )
Salt
Oil - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2- 3/4tsp
Ghee or butter

Bread slices
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder/cinnamon powder - a pinch each
Ghee

Nutella cream cheese sandwich :
Bread slices
Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
Nutella - 2 tbsp
Mixed fruit jam - 2 tbsp
Eggs - 2-3
Salt - a pinch
Ghee

White Chicken Curry :
Chicken - 1/2 kg boneless or not
Oil - 3 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - a small stick
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3-4
Cashews- 1/4 cup soaked in water
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 4-5
Onion - 1
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Sugar - a pinch to balance
Green chillies - 3-4 slit

Basmati rice - 2 cups
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon - a small stick
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3
Whole black pepper - 3/4 tsp
Onion - 1
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Carrot - 1
Capsicum - 1
Hot water - 4 cups
