7 Min Standing Abs Workout to get Ripped ABS | Quiet Cardio, No Jumping (INTENSE)
No equipment needed for this quick and effective workout! And you best believe that this workout is low impact, quiet, and doesn't require jumping. You don't even really need a yoga mat for this one.
So, stop what you're doing and lets get this 7 minutes of work in!
This workout follows a tabata style training that helps you get the most out of a small amount of time that you have. Tabata simply means that you will spend 30 seconds exercising followed by only 10 seconds rest. It burns, trust me!

This will keep your metabolism elevated, and will help you have more endurance, lose extra weight, and increase muscle tone.
