This film was inspired after I started reading scientist Robert Lanza's book Beyond Biocentrism, which looks at time, space, the universe, physics, philosophy and the consciousness. I filmed in Rome, Italy, where I moved to live as an expat many years ago. I shoot most of my films using a GH4 and edit on Adobe Premiere Pro. I'm hoping this video resonates with the dreamers, the optimists, the romantics, the Italophiles, the scientists, astronomers and anyone who has ever tried to harness the power of the mind to free themselves from depression and self doubt. Whether you've tried meditation, prayer, self-motivation techniques or the self-help aisle of the bookstore, or helping others to look outward rather than inward, almost every teaching tells us of the inspiring magic and potential of the mind to change our circumstances.
