Winning Fight – Gladiator Championship 2026 in Circus Maximus in Rome | Provocator vs Provocator

This video shows a gladiator fight (Provocator vs Provocator) at Natale di Roma 2026, one of the largest Roman reenactment festivals in the world, held in the Circus Maximus, Rome.

I fought against Priscvs in the Ulfhgar Tournament 2026, where multiple gladiator schools (Ludi) from across Europe compete in historically inspired combat. This duel was the first of three fights, and it ended up receiving the highest score of the entire tournament.

Our team, @ludusarsgladiatoria placed 1st overall, marking our second tournament victory — something I am incredibly proud of.

About Natale di Roma & the Ulfhgar Tournament

Natale di Roma is a major historical reenactment event in Rome, celebrating the founding of the city on April 21. Organized by @gruppostoricoromano5351, it brings together reenactors, gladiators, and historians from all over Europe.

Since 2023, the Ulfhgar Tournament has been part of the festival. Each Ludus performs three gladiator fights, which are judged individually. The final ranking is based on the total score.

The fights are evaluated by a jury of archaeologists and experienced gladiators, focusing on:

- combat technique
- historical authenticity
- entertainment value
- correct use of equipment
