韓國解酒湯[明太魚乾大豆芽菜湯]做法 How to make Korean hangover soup (Dried pollock soybean sprouts Soup)
大家好,我是年糕媽媽HANA。今日與大家分享一款韓國家庭很常做的韓式解洒湯,它就是用營養豐富的明太魚乾煲出來的大豆芽菜湯,做法很簡單,平時也可以吃喔。
明太魚乾含豐富蛋白質,經過煮熱之後,人體很容易消化,豐富的維生素和鈣質、鐵質等對美容和健康很有好處。所含熱量很低,所以也可以作為減肥食譜。

材料:
50g 明太魚乾
250g 大豆芽菜
1條 青蒜
8粒 蒜頭
5 1/2至6杯水
290g 豆腐
1茶匙 鹽
1茶匙 韓國蝦醬(没有的話可以不加喔)
1/2湯匙 豉油
做法:
1.把50g明太魚乾撕成長條,用水浸明太魚乾約十分鐘,將較長的剪成小塊,
2.把8粒蒜頭壓碎,把一條青蒜切片,把290g 豆腐切粒,準備250g 洗淨的大豆芽菜,
3.在煲裡倒入約兩湯匙麻油,加入瀝乾了的明太魚乾塊炒一會,加入蒜蓉炒香
4.倒入約五杯半水,加入大豆芽菜,有需要可以加多半杯水,關蓋煲大約十五至二十分鐘
5.加入豆腐及青蒜,加入一茶匙鹽、一茶匙韓國蝦醬及半湯匙豉油(若認為不夠味可以加多些少鹽去調味及試味)關蓋煲多五分鐘
6.五分鐘後可以盛起了,完成。
這湯的鹹度是迎合我自己的口味調味的,(我韓國老公吃得比較重味,他吃的時候自己再加鹽調味) 各位不夠味自己再加些鹽喔😊

Dried pollock is full of protein and once it cooked it is easy to digest,full of vitamins, calcium and iron which is good for health. It contains low calories which is also good and use as diet recipe.

Ingredients:
50g dried pollock
250g soybean sprouts
1 leeks
8 garlic cloves
5 1/2 to 6 water
290g tofu
1tsp salt
1tsp Korean salted shrimps
(if you don't have it you don't have to use it)
1/2tbsp soy sauce
In this recipe I seasoned this soup to suit my personal taste, (my husband usually eat it more salty, so he usually add more salt before he eat it) If you think it does not has enough taste please add more salt.
