Capilano River @ Upper Levels Hwy in North Vancouver after severe rain storm.

This is what 4.5" of rain in three days looks like, 2.5" of which was the last 24 hours. My thoughts are with those stuck on highways and in flooded/cut-off communities throughout southern BC
