This is video after the 200mm of rain over the course of 48 hours - Rain Storm Abbotsford/Sumas Flats. “Whatcom” Road is the spelling. Usually there is no water in these areas. Farms, houses and roads. 100 years ago the area was a lake. At 4:40, the group in the boat were singing Giligan's Island theme song - take note of the guy with the captains hat. :)
