Tradisional Peanut cookies
分量:約 85 粒
材料:
200克 花生粉
200克 普通面粉 (過篩)
60克 糖粉 (過篩)
1/4茶匙 細鹽
110毫升 花生油/玉米油
蛋黃液材料:
1 顆 蛋黃
1 湯匙 清水
做法:
1.把200克 花生粉,200克 普通面粉 、60克 糖粉和1/4茶匙 細鹽拌勻均勻
2.加入110毫升 花生油拌成粉團。
3.取出1小湯匙 (約7克)的粉團,用手壓至緊實,然後輕輕搓圓。
4.搓好的把粉團球放在墊著油紙的烤盤上。
5.用漏鬥尖咀在粉團球上輕輕按出小圓圈
6.準備蛋黃液:把清水加入蛋黃拌勻後過濾。
7.在粉團球表面刷上少許蛋黃液。
8.放入已預熱的烤箱,以150°C烘烤20分鐘。
9.出爐後,擱置一旁至完全冷卻,然後冷卻後裝入罐子。
This traditional peanut cake is a classic New Year cake in Malaysia. This peanut cake is very simple to make. Just mix all the ingredients, knead it into a ball, coat it with egg yolk, and bake it in the oven. After baking, the peanut cake has a very strong peanut aroma, and the taste is very crunchy, very delicious!

Yield: about 85 pieces
Ingredients:
200g peanut powder
200g plain flour (sifted)
60g icing sugar (sifted)
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
110ml peanut oil/corn oil
Liquid egg yolk:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp water
practice:
1. Mix 200 grams of peanut powder, 200 grams of plain flour, 60 grams of icing sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt.
2. Add peanut oil and mix into a dough.
3. Take out 1/2 tablespoon (approximately 7 grams) of dough, press it with your hands until it is firm, and then gently round it.
4. Place the kneaded dough balls on a baking sheet that has been lined with non-stick baking paper.
5. Use the tip of the funnel to gently press the small circle on the dough ball
6. Prepare egg yolk liquid: add 1 tbsp water to egg yolk, mix well and filter.
7. Brush a little egg yolk on the surface of the dough ball.
8. Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 150°C for 20 minutes.
9. After being out of the oven, set aside to cool completely, then put it in a jar.
